Bed adhesion : wash with soap & water > hair spray > painters tape

Bed not heating : try covering the bed in painters tape

Filament sensor not registering filament removed : take it out and check for gunk or obstructions. It works by a little switch with a magnet getting pushed out so the magnet gets near a sensor. If the thing never goes all the way back it might just not register the filament being removed.

Removing stuck on filament from the build plate: use a 3d printing pen with the same type of filament and cover the stuck on stuff and then slowly pry that off. it might take several layers. also good for getting off the weird purge lines that always get stuck on.
